Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and processes data only as necessary to deliver their service.
When you add a customer's name, email, and phone number to QuoteChase, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to contact them and that doing so complies with applicable law (including UK GDPR). QuoteChase processes this data strictly to send quotes and follow-ups on your behalf. We do not contact your customers for any other purpose.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@quotechase.io.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Database access is protected by row-level security — each user can only access their own data. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.
QuoteChase uses only essential cookies required for authentication (session tokens managed by Supabase). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
