Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of QuoteChase ("the Service"), operated by Zidyep Kabantiok David ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account you agree to these terms in full.

1. The Service

QuoteChase is a SaaS web platform that helps tradespeople automatically follow up on quotes sent to potential customers. We send emails and SMS messages on your behalf according to the schedule and messages you configure.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure
You must be 18 or older to use the Service
One account per person or business — no sharing accounts
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Free trial & subscriptions

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No payment information is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use QuoteChase to:

Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or messages to people who have not requested a quote from you
Impersonate another business or person
Send illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Attempt to access other users' data
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service
Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate trade quotations

5. Your responsibilities regarding contacts

When you add a customer's contact details to QuoteChase, you confirm that you have a legitimate business reason to contact them (i.e. they requested a quote from you). You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable law, including UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

6. Intellectual property

QuoteChase and all its content, design, and code remain the property of Zidyep Kabantiok David. Your quote data remains yours. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process and transmit your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for delays or failures in sending messages caused by third-party providers (email, SMS carriers), scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteChase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost jobs, or indirect damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total amount you paid us during that period.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. On termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
